**Photographer must bring own equipment, and have read their own camera manual. I am not teaching you how to use your own camera, because each model and make could be drastically different. I can recommend online learning to mentorship clients on using their camera prior to our meetings. Due to Covid, you will be required to wear a mask while working with me. **
Teach me to DIY Session
One session where I come help you take your own photos so that next time you can do it completely by yourself. This comes in a three part teaching!
1. Pre-Teach with Coffee
Includes 1 hour Saturday morning coffee planning date where we will have coffee, I will preteach some of my must know how items and answer any questions! If you have small kids and we need to meet at park during the week instead of coffee, we can do this too!
Up to one hour on location, during this time, I will take the approach of see one, do one, teach one! I have a natural ability to see where you are and help you get to where you want to be! In teaching they call this scaffolding (building on prior knowledge).
We will have 2 hours together, I’ll have you pay $10 for editing software from your session on your own computer and we will do the editing together! I will also bring 10 photos that we will edit together during this time that teach some of the easiest little tricks I have learned!
Cost $400 +tax

Taking newborn pictures is a difficult task but taking newborn pictures of twins takes a very patient and loving photographer which is exactly what Crystal is! As our session got closer, she sent me pictures of ideas and props that she had that we could use. She was patient and calm during our session as we had to stop multiple times to feed and change the babies. As a new mom, you can stress about having newborn pictures done but Crystal made it easy and I got pictures that I will cherish forever!

She is so great with kids! I was floored at how many great pictures we got with both of the kids smiling! My kids adored her and even ran to give her a hug. Love all the photos she’s done for us!
